Built for the way applications are actually screened

Every decision here serves one goal: your document parses cleanly and reads well to the human who gets it next.

  • Parsed, not rejected

One column, real headings, no tables or text boxes — the layout applicant-tracking systems read without scrambling.

  • Scored as you type

Nine checks on structure, quantified impact and action verbs, plus keyword coverage against the posting you paste in.

  • PDF and Word

Export a print-ready A4 PDF and a genuinely editable .docx — the same document, both formats, free.

  • An assistant that will not invent

It rewrites what you wrote into sharper language. It never adds a company, a date or a number you did not give it.

Three steps

  1. 01

    Write

Fill in eight sections. The preview updates as you type and the ATS score moves with it.

  2. 02

    Check

Watch the ATS score move as you write, and fix what it flags before you send.

  3. 03

    Download

Take the PDF for applications and the Word file for the ones that demand it.

Questions

What is an ATS, and why does the layout matter?
An applicant-tracking system parses your file into fields before a recruiter sees it. Multi-column layouts, tables, text boxes and icons carrying meaning are the things that scramble that parse. SiCV renders a single column of real headings, so the parse comes out intact.
Do I need an account?
No. Your draft lives in your browser’s local storage while you work. We keep no copy of it, and there is nothing to sign into.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The builder, the ATS score, the writing assistant and both exports are free. There is no payment step, no watermark on what you download, and nothing to unlock.
Can I edit the file afterwards?
Yes. The .docx is a normal Word document with real headings and paragraph styles, so you can keep editing it anywhere.
Does the writing assistant make things up?
It is instructed not to, and the prompt gives it only the facts already in your résumé. Where a number is missing it writes [X] for you to fill in rather than inventing one. Every suggestion is shown before anything is replaced.

Your next application deserves a document that survives the filter.
