Cancellation, returns and refunds

One payment of 29 SAR buys the exports for one person’s résumé. Because the files are delivered immediately, the right to withdraw ends once you download — but if the file never arrived, or arrived broken, you are refunded in full.

1.What you are buying

A single payment of 29 Saudi riyals unlocks the PDF and Word exports of your résumé. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription: nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel later.

One payment covers one person. You may edit that résumé and download it again as often as you like, for as long as the draft is in your browser — correcting a typo never costs a second payment.

2.Cancelling before you download

If you have paid but not yet downloaded either file, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will cancel the order and refund it in full. No reason is needed.

3.After you download

Downloading is delivery. Once either file has been produced for you, the order is complete and the right of withdrawal no longer applies — this is the exception the Saudi e-commerce regulations make for digital content supplied immediately, and you agree to that immediate supply when you accept these policies at checkout.

This does not remove your right to a refund when something is wrong. See below.

4.When we refund anyway

We refund in full, whether or not you downloaded, if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order
  • the payment was taken but the download never unlocked
  • the file we produced is corrupt, empty, or not the résumé you wrote
  • you were charged by SiCV without placing an order at all

5.How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference, the date, and what went wrong. Your reference is on the confirmation page after payment and in your bank’s message.

We review and answer every request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the card that paid, and reach your account in the 7 to 14 business days your bank takes to post them. We do not charge a fee for a refund.

6.Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces the rights the consumer-protection and e-commerce regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia give you. Where those rights go further than this policy, those rights apply.
