Electronic delivery

1.What is delivered, and when

You are buying two digital files: a print-ready A4 PDF and an editable Word document. There is nothing physical, no shipping address, and no delivery charge.

Delivery happens as soon as your payment is confirmed with our payment provider. You are returned from the payment page to SiCV, the download buttons unlock, and each file is generated on the spot when you press one — normally in a few seconds.

2.Delivery is immediate and you consent to it

By accepting these policies at checkout you ask for the files to be supplied immediately rather than after a waiting period. That is what makes the download available at once, and it is why the right of withdrawal ends on download — see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3.Downloading again

Your order stays valid. You can come back, edit your résumé and download both formats again as many times as you like, for as long as the draft is in your browser. Re-downloading is never charged.

4.If a file does not arrive

If the payment went through but the downloads did not unlock, or a file will not open, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We will either deliver the files to you directly or refund the order in full — answered within 3 business days.

Nothing is sent by email, so there is no inbox to check and no spam folder to search.
