Privacy and data protection
Your résumé stays in your browser. We never store it. Paying adds one thing to that picture: a payment record held by our payment provider, and a reference held by us — never your card.

1.What we hold about a payment
When you pay, we create a reference for the order and send it to our payment provider along with the amount. That reference contains a one-way hash identifying whose résumé the payment is for. It does not contain your name, your résumé, or anything readable.
We keep the reference, the order status, the amount and the date, so that a download can be authorised and so an order can be found again if you contact us about it.
2.Your card
Card details are entered on Geidea’s own secure payment page and never reach SiCV. We do not see, receive or store a card number, an expiry date or a security code at any point, and we could not produce one if asked.
3.Who processes your payment
Payments are processed by Geidea, a payment services provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Your card details are handled by Geidea under their own privacy policy and their obligations as a licensed processor.
We share with Geidea only what a payment needs: the amount, the currency, the order reference, and the addresses to return you to. Your résumé is never sent to them.
4.How long payment records are kept
Order references and payment statuses are retained for the period required by Saudi tax and commercial record-keeping obligations, and no longer. Your résumé is not part of that record, because it was never stored in the first place.
5.Your rights
You may ask what we hold about an order, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will answer within 3 business days.
